MoodMonitor
The MoodMonitor study is a randmomized clinical trial to study the dialy tracking of mood and energy levels with smartphones in people with depressive complaints.
The aims of the study are 1) to find out whether daily tracking of mood and energy level has an impact on the depressive complaints; 2) to detect what one can learn for time-series data; 3) to find out how valid daily monitoring of mood and energy is; and 4) to find out whether respondents are filling in the answers differently with time.
160 Respondents with depressive complaints have participated in MoodMonitor study; 90 of them kept track of their mood and energy level for three months.
