RESTED
The RESTED study aims to study changes in sleep and mood in transgender people who start using sex hormones as part of their transition.
Participants and take part in study measurements right before the start of gender-affirming hormones, after 3 months and after 12 months. In each measurement week, they report mood, depressive symptoms, insomnia symptoms and they track their sleep using ambulatory EEG measurements for 7 nights.
