Prof Rose-Marie Dröes, PhD
Professor of psychosocial care in dementia
Rose-Marie Dröes is professor of psychosocial care for people with dementia at the department of psychiatry of Amsterdam UMC/VUmc. She is chair of the research program ‘Care and support in dementia’, partner of the Alzheimer center VUmc, member of the board of the Amsterdam Center on Aging and president of the National Working Group Meeting Centres for people with dementia and their family carers.
The research program Care and support in dementia is linked to the Alzheimer center VUmc and takes part of the program Quality of Care and Mental Health of Amsterdam Public Health.
