Prof. Haverman is head of the research group Pediatric Psychology and PROMs and a clinical pediatric psychologist (GZ-Psycholoog) at the department of child and adolescent psychiatry and psychosocial care at the Emma Children’s Hospital of the Amsterdam UMC.
Her research regarding PROMs focuses on the effectiveness of the use of PROMs in daily practice, implementation science, shared-decision making using PROMs, psychometric properties of PROMs, development of core PROM sets, and physical, social and metnal functioning of patients and children with chronic diseases and their caregivers. Regarding pediatric psychology, her research focuses on the effectiveness of EMDR, parental PTSD and interprofessional collaboration. In addition, she is the director of the KLIK PROM portal (www.hetklikt.nu) and the PROM Expertise Center. Responsible for PROM implementation in daily clinical care within the Amsterdam UMC for pediatric and adult patients.
